Homewood Suites by Hilton St. Petersburg Clearwater

“My partner and I booked this hotel for our mini st.pete weekend getaway. We stay in Orlando, so St. Petersburg is only a short drive away. Elise was the one who checked us in; she was very friendly and helpful and. Was able to accommodate my early check. I am a Hilton Honors member, and a majority of the time I travel, I stay at Hilton Brands hotels. The hotel is undergoing renovations, and we had an older room that has not been renovated yet . The room, even though it was older and not renovated, was very roomy, clean, and nice, and I am looking forward to my next stay once the room and hotel are fully renovated. I will definitely stay here again; the housekeeper who does the line was also very friendly and spoke each time she saw me, which is nice. The evening ladies both were also friendly. I would say that Hilton is always normally nice, but I wanted to say this team here excels what I normally experience, and that is saying a lot because Hilton is a great brand.”

“Today is Tuesday- St. Patrick's Day - we went to the Phillies game today - St. Patrick's Day !!! It was a COLD 58 degrees -windy day hahahah! It was fun though and the Phillies won ! My family has actually been traveling from Alabama since last Friday. This is our 3rd hotel on our trip ! The last 2 were in different areas of Florida and they were not Homewood Suites. The first one, the bathroom was too small..... the water wasn't too strong but it was do able. We were all able to get showered and ready for our cocktail party that night. Our next hotel - was horrible ! The bathroom was EVEN SMALLER....... the shower was so small -my teen boy couldn't even fit in it without hitting things AND the worst part was ....... the water pressure and actually the water itself- it just trickled out very slowly ..... I was only able to rinse off briefly but it tooooookkkkk SOOOOO LONGGG !! ( yes I did change the shower head selections -that wasn't it ) I didn't even wash my hair b/c I couldn't .... my husband couldn't as well ... we just stayed dirty actually b/c we didn't want to deal with it and hoped for the next hotel... NOW we are at Homewood Suites !! IT IS Absolutely WONDERFUL !!! The ROOMS are so big..... my 3 son's and my husband and I are FINALLY comfortable - the bathroom is a wonderful size and the SHOWER ???? AMAZING !!! AMAZING WATER PRESSURE ..... I WAS SOOOO HAPPY to shower and WASH my hair and HAVE amazing pressure with HOT water !!! It's the cleanest I have ever felt on this trip!! The most important thing on trips and hotels is that IT IS CLEAN .... AND GOOD SHOWER WATER ... PRESSURE and the AMOUNT !! Thank you so much !! We are only here 1 night - but we WILL come back !!!!”
